Are the plants real?
Yes. All of our gifts include live succulents that are carefully selected and shipped fresh.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Each succulent is unique, so there may be slight variations in size, shape, and color. Pots will be the same style, but color may vary.
Are your wood pots lined?
Yes. Our wood pots are fully lined to help protect the planter and properly contain the plant.
How long do succulents last?
With proper care, succulents can last months to years, making them a lasting alternative to flowers.
Orders & Personalization
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes. Every gift includes a personalized greeting card. You can add your message at checkout, and we will handwrite it for you.
Do you send receipts or invoices with the gift?
No. We do not include receipts or invoices in the package. Please be sure to sign your card message so the recipient knows who it’s from.
Can I send multiple gifts to different addresses?
At this time, each order ships to one address. You will need to place separate orders for multiple recipients.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the contiguous United States. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska and District of Columbia)
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within one business day, plus shipping time depending on your location. We offer standard 3-5 business day or expedited 1-2 Business Days.
What shipping carrier do you ship your succulents with?
All of our gifts ship via UPS
What if I enter the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to request an address change. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Plant Care
Do you include care instructions?
Yes. Every order includes a succulent care card with simple instructions.
How often should I water my succulent?
Most succulents only need water every 2–3 weeks, depending on environment.
Where should I keep my succulent?
Place your plant in bright, indirect sunlight for best results.
Issues, Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact our resolution center within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of live plants and personalized items, all sales are final.
