Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories and protectorates (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and similar locations)
We also do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO or military addresses
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday
We are closed on weekends and major holidays
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $12.95
Expedited Shipping: $18.95
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website during those promotions.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order by:
Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
Logging into your account on our website
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products (live plants), shipping is limited to regions where safe and timely delivery can be ensured.
We do not ship to:
Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
International destinations
P.O. Boxes or military addresses
At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to agricultural regulations and transit time limitations for live plants.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delays caused by the shipping provider are outside of our control.
