Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of every gift and will gladly replace items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within:3 days of deliveryRequests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a replacement:The item must be damaged upon arrivalYou must provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging No return is required.
You do not need to ship the product back to us.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was not delivered, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship a replacement.
