Because we work with live plants, each succulent is unique.
Plants may vary in size, shape, and color from images shown.
Pots will be the same style, but color may vary.
Natural variations are part of the product and not considered defects.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
Weather & Plant Safety:
We may delay shipping during extreme weather (heat or cold) to protect your plant.
5. Live Plant Disclaimer
Succulents are living plants and require proper care.
We cannot guarantee plant health after delivery due to environmental conditions and care.
Care instructions are included with each order.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of live plants and personalized gifts:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
7. Personalized Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring personalization details are correct.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, product designs, text, and branding—is the property of Send A Succulent and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Damage due to incorrect addresses
